Specifically exploring race, class and gender in the workplace. Current Research: Professor Wright's current research projects include developing and expanding the line of research of race and gender roles in organizational communication. One project involves the study of how perceived images of African American women in administrative support roles are negotiated. A second project involves the investigation of the memorable messages African American women receive and sustain about work.
